I haven’t actually bought one yet, so I know this is more of a first-impression review, but I’ve looked around quite a bit and Ridge really does seem to have a solid reputation. "Nice wallet, but not ideal for cash"
The wallet looks really nice and it holds cards just fine. There’s something about it that I do like, especially the overall look and feel. But carrying cash with it is a little annoying. The strap is okay for a few bills, but if you use cash a lot, it’s probably not the best setup. Shipping was normal. Overall, it’s not bad, just not exactly perfect for me.

I’ve had my ridge wallet for almost two years now it’s been through a lot, dropped, tossed in bags, scratched up a bit, just daily use stuff. And it still feels really solid, like nothing’s loose or wearing out. I was kind of expecting it to show more age by now, but nope. Happy with how tough it’s been.

"Works alright, but gets tight"
The cards slide out fine when there aren’t too many in there, but once you add more, it starts feeling tight. Whoever runs this should really make a little more room for extra cards...

I had to reach out to The Ridge Wallet about a problem with my order. I’ll admit I was a little cautious at first and made sure to keep track of the details just in case, but it ended up being fine. Well... The Ridge Wallet does have some nice-looking wallets and a few other items, but the selection felt a little limited to me. A lot of the products seemed similar, just with different colors or materials. I was hoping there would be more styles or options to choose from. Overall, it’s not bad, but I didn’t feel like there was much to browse...

I wasn’t totally sure at first since it’s not exactly the cheapest wallet out there, but once I got it, I could tell it was really well made. "Warranty support came through"
I had a small issue with my Ridge wallet after about a year, so I figured I’d reach out to support and assumed it’d be the usual warranty back-and-forth. They asked for a few photos and my order details, which is pretty much what I expected. It took a couple days to get a response, so I was kind of assuming it might drag out, but they ended up handling it and sent me the replacement part. Not the fastest process, but it worked out fine and I’m happy overall

"Really liked making it my own"
I ended up getting a Ridge wallet mostly because I liked that I could customize it a bit. The color options were solid, and I was happy I could go with the cash strap instead of the clip.

I added an engraving too, and it turned out really clean. Nothing too loud or cheesy, just a nice little personal touch. The site made it easy to see what I was picking, which definitely helped.

It took me a minute to decide on everything, but checkout was quick and simple. Overall, I’m really happy with it. It feels like mine without being over the top, which is exactly what I wanted...
